Click "Help" in the admission ticket and pick "Click here if you've forgotten your password." Since you're reading this now, I'll make it easier for you--just click here.

A new password will be sent to you at the email address you used to sign up. The old one won't work anymore.

If for some reason things still aren't working out for you, contact Matt.
