What if my Auditions are at Different Locations?
Posted by Matthew Friedman
Worry not, grasshopper. The system has been designed to facilitate all kinds of weird audition needs. When you post a new audition, you fill in all the universal details first (name of production, director, description, etc.), and then when you get to the actual audition dates, you fill in the dates one at a time. Each audition date may be attached to a completely separate location.

When adding the second, third, etc. audition dates, the system is smart enough to fill in the previous location for you, so if all the auditions are at the same site, you're good to go. But if one of the dates is at your uncle Rufus' house, then just adjust the Location details for that date. You can also make special location notes; if your audition is at a church, for example, you may want to make a note on the Sunday audition to "Park in the back lot so the ladies in hats can use the main parking lot."

See? We thought of everything.

What I love about theatre is that it disappears as it happens.
